Payment will only be accepted by BACS transfers into the Sporting & Dining Club bank account (please quote either our invoice number or your Company name), cheque, or PayPal.
All seats and tables must be paid prior to the event.
The payment terms below must be strictly adhered to, otherwise the booking may be cancelled and the tickets resold at the sole discretion of The Sporting & Dining Club. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the event unless full payment has been received.
28+ days: Within 28 days of invoice date
21+ days: Within 14 days of invoice date
20 – 15 days: Within 7 days of invoice date
14 – 8 days: By return form date of invoice
7 days & less: Immediate payment by BACS transfer only
On the rare occasion that a speaker is unable to attend, the Club reserves the right to change the line-up accordingly.
In the event that a client cancels a booking or reduces the number of places required, cancellation fees will be charged on the basis of the total value of the number of places cancelled (as above).
If the client cancels after payment has been received, the refund (where applicable) will be made by the same method, and to the same account used for the original payment.
All our dinner events are black tie and non-smoking.
All dinner ticket prices are exclusive of VAT
All shows at the Villa Marina & Gaiety Theatre complex are inclusive of VAT
When tables of less than ten guests are confirmed, the Club reserves the right to seat further guests at the table to maximise the available seating.
